Tandvården Klaffbron is a modern clinic with a wide range of treatments located in central Malmö/Dockan with a lovely view of the harbor. We offer general dentistry and pediatric dentistry. At the clinic, we work in teams and with a delegated work approach where the dental nurse is an important cog in the machinery.

Job Responsibilities

We have a clearly delegated work approach where the entire team is involved and collaborates.

As a receptionist, your duties include managing the team's appointment book, call lists, rescheduling, and patient reception.

Tasks that are normally assigned to dental nurses, such as assisting in sterilization and other administration, may occur.

Qualifications

Experience in dentistry is an advantage. Works in a delegated manner. Good collaboration skills and a willingness to contribute to a positive work environment. Very good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is empathetic and engaged and who always puts the patients' best interests first. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy having varied tasks. You have the ability to overview, plan, prioritize, and have an economic mindset.
